Nestled in a bustling food hall, this Indian spot delivers generous portions, reasonable prices and quick, friendly service. Tender, aromatic lamb curry and crisp samosas stand out, though classics like tikka masala and vindaloo can be inconsistently seasoned or feature overcooked proteins and undercooked sides. Ideal for hearty takeout or a fast lunch near office crowds, it’s a flavorful, value-driven option even if not the most refined Indian dining in town.

We stopped into Transfer Food Hall while downtown hanging out. They had a lot of gluten free and vegetarian options for me. I decided to try the Palak Paneer and the Onion Bhaji (vegan) as an appetizer since I'd never tried them before. Both were delicious and and the portion sizes were huge! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back again.

WOWWWW this place is amazingly good! The food is actually cooked when you order. They have carry out services as well as sit down. The food is SUPER flavorful and the employee and the owner are awesome. I had both the lamb and the chicken and both dishes were very good. The mint sauce is to die for!!

Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and got chicken in a tomato soup. There were no spices in there at all. I don't know if someone forgot to add them or if this is their version of the dish but I was very disappointed.

I have previously ordered from this restaurant through a food delivery service, and I visited in person this week. I can honestly say it’s the most authentic Indian food I’ve had in a long time, and definitely the best in the Triangle area. I will definitely be coming back! The staff is also very friendly!

I ordered the Tikka Masala, and it was absolutely perfect—10/10! I have a nut allergy, so I often can't enjoy my favorite Indian dish, but today I was lucky enough to indulge. My sister and cousin had the butter chicken, and they loved it as well. If you visit the Transfer Co Food Hall, you definitely need to eat here!
