I felt hurried when I asked about a sandwich over the loudspeaker, and although I requested a change to the correct sandwich, the chicken patty I received was old and dry. The customer service from the manager could definitely be improved.

I had raw food here, and it was a lovely way to enjoy a wonderful lunch break. I hope I wasn't the only one who tried this!
