Very pleasant, most bojangles tell me no when I ask to have my cheddar bo biscuit in paper Instead of aluminum foil because the half the cheese sticks to the aluminum foil. This location did not hesitate to do that for me. No one was yelling, rolling eyes at customers, screaming at other coworkers, just overall a great experience. My first visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The service at the drive-thru was slow and I did not receive all the items I paid for. The food was also of poor quality, with cold chicken and no spicy or seasoned fries. The staff, especially the younger employees, seemed inexperienced and lacking in customer service skills.
