Boba Brew - Raleigh

Beautiful teas and friendly staff! When my son spilled his boba after just a few sips, they graciously replaced it for him at no charge. Love their creative flavors!

Very pretty person with tattoos works here. i see them frequently and they always seem positive and makes drinks diligently

The owner was very nice and the Boba Tea was very good. He does not offer almond tea, which apparently is not very popular in this area. The owner takes great precautions as far as the covid-19 pandemic.

You guys should fire whoever is working the register. I'm here to pick up a paid order and the girl stops in the middle of a rush hour to hang out with her bf. Unprofessional to say the least! Fire her immediately!Parking: No

Went here while on vacation and was looking forward to it until I went to order. I asked for a few things that they were out of which is fine it happens, I just found something else on the menu to order. My boyfriend ordered while I looked for something else and the entire time the girl had a bad attitude. Was snarky when saying she was out of basically everything I asked for. I finally found something they did have and I asked a question about it and the girl was straight up rude! Didn’t even try to answer my question. I just said it’s fine and paid. She made our drinks and just sat them on the counter and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Luckily the drinks were great. I got a peach tea with boba and my boyfriend got the peanut butter cup milkshake. Only bad experience I’ve had while on vacation here.
