Baskin Robbins 339085 - Raleigh

The Holiday Blended Coffee doesn't feel like a holiday drink at all; it just tastes average. I wouldn't recommend buying it. I even went back to express my dislike, and they offered me a small sample cup, but it tasted the same—nothing special about it. The so-called "Holiday Blend" just had flavors of molasses and fried fruit. It's disappointing.

This is a fantastic Baskin-Robbins location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday, and it turned out perfectly. They even added a name to the cake without any hassle. The cake was absolutely delicious!

Recommend going somewhere else. 0/2 on my experiences. Second time the guy didn?t even take anyones order or open the window. 2 hours til close.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I arrived at 8:30 PM, just half an hour before closing time, and while the employees were assisting another customer, they completely ignored us after that customer left. We patiently waited to be helped, only to be told that they were closed when all we wanted was a scoop of ice cream. We ended up leaving empty-handed. I mentioned to the two employees that they could have informed us about closing, and to my surprise, they said they "did not care." I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this issue. The lack of customer service seems to be a common complaint here, and as a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers in such a manner. They really need to find new staff as soon as possible.
