The one guy with the dreads that took our order last night AT APROX 5:15PM was very nice... although this business like any other needs help pretty bad, he didn't seem to bother the stress of him. The staff here are always friendly and prepare your food quickly. Out of the two Burger Kings in this area (the other one is in Ft. Payne), this one is definitely the best! I highly recommend it; the food is well-cooked and tastes fantastic!
I dine at this Burger King about once a week, and I consistently have positive experiences. Like many places, they have experienced labor shortages, resulting in longer wait times. While it's certainly not the quickest drive-thru, I haven't had an incorrect order or anything below par in the last three years.
We recently had fantastic experiences at this restaurant. We've visited several times in the past few weeks, and each time the place was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It seems like they have become busier, which is a testament to their quality. It's great to see that they have sufficient staff, all of whom are well-trained and attentive! The night shift managers provided us with exceptional service during our visits.
