I stopped by for a cappuccino and realized I didn't have enough money for the full cost. I told the young lady at the counter, "I'm a bit short." To my surprise, she responded, “Don’t worry, just choose what you’d like, and I’ll cover the difference.” It was such a kind gesture, even though it was only 5p; she didn’t know that. What Hannah Wild doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
During our visit, we found the selection of cakes to be quite limited. However, the service was prompt, and the staff were welcoming. Our drinks, which were quite enjoyable, were served in disposable cups, which was frustrating since we were dining in and other customers received proper cups.
