Best seafood in the area, no doubt. Stopped by there this afternoon for an early dinner. Absolutely delicious! We started out with the Crab Dip appetizer and I highly recommend it. The wife had Blackened Flounder which she loved. I tried the Blackened Flounder on Cheese Grits with Cajun Creme Sauce. Absolutely wonderful!!! We will be eating there again!! View all feedback.
What Tremaine Wolf doesn't like about Capeside Fish Company:
The restaurant was clean and the service was great. I'm giving 3 stars based on my food experience. I ordered the 1/2 and 1/2 with boiled/fried shrimp. The fried shrimp was good but the boiled had zero flavor. My hushpuppies were flavorful but were cold and tasted like they had been left out for awhile. The coleslaw had zero flavor as well. I was a bit disappointed as I've been wanting to try this place out for a whi... View all feedback.
I've visited this restaurant three times, and each experience has been fantastic! The food deserves a full 5 stars. The service was outstanding on every visit. My server, Casey, was exceptional and had a warm smile throughout my time there. I tried the salmon, flounder, and oysters, and all the dishes were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place!
Food was great and the service was great. If you like seafood, I recommend the place they have best in town!
That was my first visit. The black shrimps are very good. The fries were all right, and the lawn was good, but Blande and needed wort. The two hush puppies were overwhelmed small hard knots almost inedible. My little Greek salad was very good with abundant feta. The servers (Brandy and Ruthie) were very good. I enjoyed my visit mainly because the service was so good. Besides the little Hush puppies, I would have rated 5. We'll be back soon for a second attempt.
If you're coming from Destin or Fort Walton Beach, it's tough to find seafood that rivals what this place offers. It truly competes with the best in the panhandle. I ordered the fried grouper sandwich and some boudin balls, and both were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and the service was fantastic, which enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend stopping here—it's definitely worth taking a detour off the highway for a great meal!
What a great surprise! Perfect little place for delicious seafood in Rainbow City (Gadsden, Attalah area). You can BYOB and they provide the glass, purchase seafood to take home and cook, dine in or carry out. The catfish was cooked perfectly (not fishy) and great little hush puppies.
