Tew Lay - Railay Beach, Ao Nang

This place is very touristy. Most od the food in menu is for white people. Panini, pasta, pizza... We had a thai food and was ok but not great. I ordered clean noodle chicken and tofu soup but I'm not eating meat so request without chicken and this was ok but they didn't add any noodle so I have to pay extra for it... big pieces of eggtofu (so not tofu) and this was raw... Unfortunately unflavoured meal. Place is also overpriced. This biggest price in this area.

Good atmosphere and big menu but definitely not recommendable for vegetarians. We chose two typical Thai dishes and one was supposed to be vegetarian. The vegetarian dish had lots of fishsauce in it and we asked for another bowl without.. They insisted that it was only salt and we should eat it like that.. The other Thai dish had super dry chicken in it and didn’t taste spectacular either. As we didn’t want to bother them more we just paid the food nearly untouched and left. There are definitely better restaurants in Railay maybe not with this view but better food prices.

Great hangout spot and that’s about it. Food slow and salty. Mixed drinks abhorrent. Service non-existent. Order smoothie or beer and don’t expect much else besides a view. Read between the lines for the other insipid reviews.

The view is very good and there are plenty of photo spots. Rich, delicious food As is typical of southern food, the young people and the owner provide very good service. Will definitely come again.
