I really don't like the taste cotton candy. It tastes like sugar water. I asked about the cherry taste that it was the same. The intensity of the aromas is better sold in the "Real Italian Icee on the streets of NYC and in the pizza shops. I think Rita is overestimated. I'm not impressed at all. I had the privilege of going to college in NY Little Italy and the taste and quality is better than Rita 's. NJ and Philly.... View all feedback.
The absolute best. Ive been coming here for years and always find myself finding a new option to tantalize my pallet.
Great place to get icees. They are always sold out of black cherry. Definitely going back again.

I really don't enjoy the taste of cotton candy; it just tastes like sugar water to me. I inquired about the cherry flavor, and I found it to be just as bland. The intensity of flavors is much better at "Real Italian Icee" found on the streets of NYC and in local pizzerias. I think Rita's is overrated and didn't impress me at all. I had the opportunity to study in NY's Little Italy, and I found the taste and quality there to be far superior to Rita's. If you're in NJ or Philly, you can easily find Rita's, but I wouldn't recommend it. On a positive note, the service was excellent.
