Additionally, the restaurant needs a deep cleaning as it appears worn-down and neglected. Although I usually like KFC, I tend to avoid this particular branch whenever I can.

They forgot two items in my order, and I had to drive back to pick them up, yet they never apologized or offered any compensation. The fries were soggy and cold, and the famous bowl had barely any chicken popcorn—literally only about five pieces scattered on top. I do not recommend this restaurant. There’s a Wendy’s just a few feet away—go there for a better deal, better food, and a better experience.

I was craving a chicken sandwich, and Brejon made it so fresh and delicious—I've never experienced such outstanding service before! After I got my sandwich, he invited me to a gaming event on Friday night to team up and play NBA 2K. I happily accepted! We all won our matches and had a blast joking around, telling the losing team to “take the L!” Thanks, Brejon; you really made my day!

On... read more This is the worst KFC and fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've visited four times in the last two months, and each experience has been disappointing. On my first visit, I arrived on a weekday at 1 PM only to be met with an automated message telling me to return during business hours. During my second visit, I was told they were out of chicken (really?!). In my last two visits, they couldn’t even make sandwiches. Each time, I ended up going to Boston Market or Wendy's instead. Corporate really needs to address the issues at this location. I will never come back.

Honestly, just thinking about it makes me feel queasy. The customer service is awful, my orders are constantly wrong, and I won't even get into the poor quality of the food they serve. Today will be the last time I waste my hard-earned money here. If the food were good, I could overlook the unpleasant attitudes of the staff, but everything about this KFC is just disappointing.
