Caffe Ibla is on a square next to Giardino Ibleo in Ragusa Ibla very near the one place you can park for free at the top of Ragusa Ibla. It is fresh and welcoming with lovely helpful staff and serves mainly take-away snacks and ice cram and granita but also has a pleasant outside seating area. We had a huge extremely tasty Spinach pasty-type wrap, good coffee and lovely mulberry granita and enjoyed it in the park opposite. Clean good toilet.

Given that much of Ragusa appeared to be on holiday ferie at least it was open. Good value.
