The building is old and beautiful. I feel like I’m in a museum. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is amazing- the water pressure alone could launch a Space X mission, and the shower head is hand held. This may seem like a small thing to some but not to me. Were guests yesterday with the emphasis and were taught better. This either suggests a lot of incompetence or indifference. No wonder things are going so badly in this industry, because it's not just because of the pandemic, but also because of the pandemic the attitude of employees who are either unqualified or indifferent. Really friendly staff and very good eating. we ate Italian food recommended by them and everything was perfect. good and comfortable.
