Tropical Coucou Beach - Raf Raf

I wanted to book. I called in the morning for information. I come across a friendly gentleman who answers all our questions and confirms that we can reserve a hut on the water despite there being 5 people. When I call back an hour later to confirm the reservation (I had to inform my family of the information provided) I come across a very unpleasant lady who refuses to rent us a hut on the water because we are not 6 people. She doesn 't want to hear or understand anything. It is absolutely not normal to communicate erroneous and contradictory information. The place had been recommended by the influence Thew_lifestyle but considering the service just before even booking I tell myself fortunately that I was not there. I booked elsewhere.

Huge lack of professionalism! we book before 3 days, everything is confirmed then they call us before less than 12 hours saying that they have to cancel our reservation because of the possible presence of waves on D-Day (I think an Instagrammer called vague is going to land at our place)
