Even my meat-eating partner enjoys dining at Miranda, as it is the only vegan restaurant he truly enjoys. The restaurant also hosts themed cuisine nights once a month, adding to the overall experience. The atmosphere at Miranda is beautiful and welcoming, with friendly staff and fantastic food. We often dine in and then take home slices of cake for later, with the coconut berry cake being a favorite. Another bonus is that the restaurant is pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup, who we affectionately call Lucifer, along with us.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they put a lot of love and passion into their dishes. My favorite items on the menu are the Israeli Laffa, Reuben Sandwich, and Lasagne (pictured). I highly recommend checking this place out!

It was refreshing to have a unique dining option, and I particularly enjoyed the Arepa Brunch. The coffee was also incredibly delicious.
