I was at the restaurant ju... read more I don't usually come across professionals who lift my spirits, but my encounter with the website manager, Donna, was truly uplifting. I was at the restaurant just as a storm approached, and while I was placing my order, she made me feel so welcomed. She also shared some exciting updates about my hometown, which really brightened my day! Bojangles is my favorite restaurant, but sadly, I have to drive 9 hours to get to the nearest one. I'm really hoping they open a location in the Midwest soon!

We love the food, but usually, the service leaves much to be desired. However, THIS LOCATION is a standout! The service was incredibly friendly—honestly, the best we've ever experienced at a Bojangles. The restaurant was spotless, the bathrooms were clean, and the food was fresh. This place deserves some recognition from corporate. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The food was excellent and surpassed my expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I rece... read more This was probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. When I got to the window, half the staff were yelling and swearing at each other. I received my food, but the biscuits were crushed in the box, the fries were undercooked, and the chicken was extremely tough, with way more batter than meat. In the end, I had to throw it all out and find somewhere else to eat. Such a waste of money!
