I order from Zaks often, typically purchasing catfish filets; which are always delicious. However, I decided to buy an Italian beef, dipped, with mild peppers and mozzarella cheese. I must say that it was the best Italian beef that I've had in Wisconsin (with the exception of Rosati's). Juicy, delicious and flavorful, would be how I describe my sandwich experience! Man I got the chicken Philly and that stuff was trash, bread was wet and soggy,the jalapeño poppers was falling apart. And my girl buffalo Philly was falling apart as well wet and soggy just sad a waste of money $49.95. And customer service was trash to plus they tax like $3 for some wet soggy food no thanks never again. View all feedback.
