I've had some bad experiences with this Panera lately. Missed/forgotten orders in the pick-up window, bad deliveries, etc. I was ready to give Panera at this location one star the second I got my food since it was running very late, but Kevin, my delivery driver, made my day. He apologized for being late, he brought extra goodies and he was very very polite. Great service from Kevin and it helped me want to continue... View all feedback.
The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, and the soup is fantastic!
I've been a fan of Panera for 19 years, having enjoyed their offerings in both California and Wisconsin. The service is consistently excellent, and the variety of food is impressive. My only request is for breakfast to be served until 11 a.m.
I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this Panera recently, including missed and forgotten orders at the pick-up window, as well as problems with deliveries. When my food finally arrived, quite late, I was prepared to give this location a one-star review. However, Kevin, my delivery driver, completely changed my perspective. He genuinely apologized for the delay, brought along some extra treats, and was very courteous. His outstanding service made me want to keep supporting this location.
Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent soup, panini bakery items.
