Borjeddar - Feedback
Reviews
Was Will M at Borjeddar a mag?
We may have been fortunate compared to some other reviews, but this restaurant was truly amazing! The food was outstanding and the service was efficient. The view and weather were breathtaking, and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. While it may be expensive for Morocco, if you want to spoil yourself, definitely give it a try. View all feedback.
What Valeria Angulo dislikes about Borjeddar:
The place is nice, the fried fish looks nice but when you eat, it taste so bad like if the oil they used to fry was used for so long more then the a average time of use so it gives the fried fish a bad taste of burned frying oil, a big difference between what you read in the menu and what you get in real life or maybe my expectations were high. The only good thing about this restaurant is the location and ocean view. Service was late and food was not good at all. I had food poisoning from lunch their. I don’t recommend it
Food was below average on my side, disgusting for my girlfriend. When we finally went out, the waiter tried to get us to pay 100DAM (roughly 10 more than what was written. Hopefully, caught it. Really sad to be treated like a cash cow. If you can find some other place, I really encourage you to, like for exemple Dar Medina which is really good.
The seafood were good, the setting of the restaurant could not be better compared to the atlantic. 3 stars because of the ever slow service that the waiter has to go around the entire restaurant (also the check on tables where the customers had left) to find olive oil for the brot. the butter came after we were half through the main course.
The worse place to dine t in the whole country. I am Moroccan and I feel ashamed!! The place looks like a hunted house as it is not maintained at all. There is no service!! The staff looked lost and not interested to serve. I sat with my family and was just waiting. I had to call the waiter to bring the menu. The food is very average and so pricy. A street restaurant serves far better food for sure. Please don't waste ur time and money.

This restaurant knows how to do it right. However, they often run out of soft drinks, especially Coke, and certain items such as tartar sauce expire after the lunch rush. So after 4pm, they may be out of stock on some items.

A tourist trap, but has fair prices, very good food, decent service, serves alcohol and very nice views from the terrace. One of the only places in Rabat that is along along the seaside and the only one actually in town. If you ask for the fish skewers, you will never go wrong. Also the mussels are very good and always fresh.
