LE BANC SONORE - Rabastens

This restaurant was recommended to us by the owners (father and son) of le verger de foncoussieres. it is a small place very discreet. in the inner is alive and cozy. we ordered a vegetarian teller. but had to have my coffee first of all. So, susie, the young lady who served us brought it. what an incredible surprise, coffee is fantastic creamy and soft for the palate. if they are a coffee lover, this is a place they should never miss to stop. as my Mexican coffee lover friend once said, a coffee should never be bitter at the palate, it must have a soft but full taste. I'll take it off. eating is simple and filling. I think they are also in organic/natural product, basically we wanted to try the vege plate. a pleasing discovery that we find a restaurant in this city that serves both vegetarian and at least for those who want a different alternative than meat. my partner also tried the carrot cake that was in order. the people in this restaurant are friendly, especially susie, who gave us tips in our search. I highly recommend it.

Best coffee in rabastens. friendly and efficient service. loves to sit and watch this place, the world go to market day, Saturday.

We came to read reviews and fight with the search for vegetarian food in this area of france. I'm so glad we did our best meal in the week we were here in tarn. but don't be disappointed if they. enjoy meat there was a great selection of tapas style dishes and something that suits everyone. Do not miss the tarte aux oniognes delicious. and great worth 3 tapas dishes for 10 euro to share great food. the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and sitting on a community table, we have with some of the natives who seemed to double the staff to time! if we had another day, I would definitely return .maybe next year.

We just happened on this magnificent restaurant while we went through rabastens the afternoon. as a community project the people really ran friendly, the atmosphere relaxed and above all, the "plat du jour" eat absolutely excellent, despite very inexpensive €8). would definitely recommend... it would be in the opposite.

C'est toujours un plaisir de s'y retrouver pour déjeuner, pour l'apéro, pour les ateliers.C'est frais, bio & locavore ! Bravo !!
