I stayed at the Ritz Plaza Hotel and enjoyed the restaurant. Beer could be colder. Variable food. Under-seasoned Portuguese pizza. They charge waiters a 10% fee and don't inform you that it is optional on the bill. If you don't pay, they turn a blind eye. I wouldn't go back, several other options close by.
