What User doesn't like about The Green Choice:
they have no vegan options, the only thing they can order is an salate without the meat. if they order salate without meat, it costs the same and is too much for an salate without protein. the sweet tasted old and with tons of chemicals. the offer special limonades with basilikum and other aromes, but too much sugar for me. I was just here because it was right next to my hostel, and I regret it so much. it is characterized as healthy. why there was so little vegan? and why there was speck on the menu (a carcinogenic?) so vegans can hardly eat anything on the menu, because the brote contain all milk in them, and the other dishes all have a kind of animal product in them. the only thing that was suitable for vegans on the menu was veggie ceviche. that was just tasteless. I also ordered a mushroom starter, but without the speck. and it also tasted terrible. and to round off everything, that was really expensive for ecuador. but the quality was not even there. would not recommend at all.

The best : houmous and baba ganoush. the rest is correct.
The restaurant does not offer any vegan options, as the only choice is a salad without meat. However, the price for the meatless salad is the same as if it had protein, making it overpriced. The vegetables seemed stale and heavily sprayed with chemicals. They also serve specialty lemonades with basil and other flavors, but they are too sugary for my taste. Overall, it is best to steer clear of this place.
I only ended up at this restaurant because it was conveniently located next to my hostel, but I deeply regret my decision. Despite their claim of being healthy, I was disappointed to find very limited options for vegans on the menu. There was even bacon listed as an ingredient, which is a known carcinogen. Most of the dishes contained animal products, making it difficult for vegans to find something to eat. The only vegan option, veggie ceviche, was unappetizing. I also tried a mushroom starter without bacon, but it was also unimpressive. To top it off, the prices were high for Ecuador and the quality of the food did not justify the cost.
