After months of being customers we arrived one day and were told that they could only serve us within 15 minutes (with a hostile attitude), we told them that it would not be necessary to serve us in that case because we had a bit of trouble. They served us all of a sudden (in the restaurant at the front, we had that agreement to eat together in the family) and we were surprised to tell them that we had already ordered lunch elsewhere. The lady comes back with a smile to give us back the money we had to say that we will no longer serve. We were cold, we didn't know when such a grudge had been generated.
