Honey Honey - Quito

This is a lovely spot with excellent food and pastries. I know that Honey Honey has a long tradition and reputation with many awards, but it seems to be lacking in customer service. Despite hearing negative reviews about the service, I decided to give it a try. I grabbed a menu, found a table, and had to flag down a waiter to assist me. They really need to work on their customer service to maintain the charm and elegance of this place.

The food at this restaurant is exquisite. Visiting in the afternoon is especially enjoyable as you can take in the beauty of the surroundings. However, more staff are needed to accommodate the large number of customers that come in.
