This cafe is a little family business and I need to start with saying that I highly recommend to stop by. The owners are lovely, very familiar with the ingredients of their food and drinks, which are all freshly prepared (bring some minutes, if you visit). The owners are lovely, very familiar with the ingredients of their food and drinks, which are all freshly prepared (bring some minutes, if you visit). All arepas and empanadas are gluten free (corn flour) and delicious! They have a lot of vegi and vegan options, too. Also, the hot chocolate is very creamy and just yummy. This was our happy place in Quito and we came back several times during our stay.
