Inspired by the flavors of the four regions of Ecuador, TERRA is much more than just a restaurant: it is aroma, color, and texture. It is also about memory, culture, and tradition. Located in the highlands of Cotopaxi, the Terra project is based on ingredients from our land that come directly to our table: it is a modern cuisine prepared with carefully selected ingredients from producers throughout the country. Chef Álvaro Reinoso combines traditional Ecuadorian ingredients to create something new and unique, offering challenging and experimental dishes that will elevate our cuisine to the world. The restaurant represents a magnificent combination of the new with the traditional, a modern space that preserves the spirit of the old traditional house in the La Floresta neighborhood.

The decor and food are beautiful at this outstanding restaurant. The staff cared for us with a few special requests, and were attentive throughout. The playing of the food is topnotch, easily in the category of “worldclass”. The food was also very delicious.My biggest complaint: we were headed to the airport from the restaurant so we didn’t want to over eat. We will come back the next time we return to Quito View all feedback.
