Employees were chewing gum when calling order number no one could hear the number.. we were there on today june 30/20223 around 3:15.. stood in a line for 1.5 hr… Employees seem not care.. if people complaining they purposely slowing down : .. they didn’t add cream in my coffee …

I went to Tim Hortons and asked for a double cup. They refused. I offered to pay bc I am Travelling. The paper thin cup loses tons of heat for my steeped tea. They refused. Horrible policy and esp if they did not upgrade the base cup. Tea was lukewarm in 5 min. So popular AMD Money making franchise. Policies are cheap and quality is going down by the day.

Employees were absent minded. The one that took my order was screaming for the next customer before I’d even taken my card out of the terminal. The sandwhich bar staff forgot my hash brown, but gave me one when I asked. When I got onto the highway I realized they had also forgotten to put whipped cream on my friends caramel iced capp and had put bacon on my egg and cheese English muffin- I’m a vegetarian and it was melted into the cheese so half of it came off when I removed the bacon. All around bad experience.

There was a surprising limited lineup compared to other locations which was likely due to the time of day we arrived. There was a full selection of donuts and muffins, and, my coffee order was properly filled.

Stopped here to have coffee replaced because we stopped at previous en route on hwy to buy coffees. Coffees were “burnt”. We were told that they couldn’t help us and we had to buy and pay for new coffees. Am I expected to turn around after we got on hwy to go back and get another coffee. Be practical here people. Whatever happened to making it right. This is the last straw. Have been quiet about things too long. Not only will we NOT be coming back to this location, they are in serious jeopardy of losing our business for good.
