Contribute FeedbackThis small restaurant is unique in the area, as it is the only one that offers a creative cuisine, with products of proximity, and of great quality at very good price. the chef, a young man who has had the courage to install a creative restaurant of cuisine in an area where chefs predominate, good home food and especially large quantities. It is a small place, as if it were the dining room of the house, the wood and the variety of plants (you can also remember that you are in a hinver.) has a small menu that changes every season of the year, a tasting menu of 40€ and usually do it when it is the season of mushrooms, a menu with all the dishes made with seasonal mushrooms and the area. capacity more or less than 30 pax. the service very friendly, very familiar and very comfortable. wine menu with variety and very attractive prices. average price of the card: 45 euros approx. plate that I recommend is that of the scalp with parmentier of potato. I think they're doing very good work, and little by little people are becoming more aware of this kind of kitchen in this area of the burgos mountain range.
It doesn't happen a weekend without a big crowd both inside and outside of jade garden; we really take our dim sum seriously.

This is my first dim-sum experience in seattle and I must say that I am not impressed at all.
