We had a wonderful experience here. We had the space to ourselves, and the place was clean and well-organized, with everything we needed. Next time, I plan to bring my own kitchen knife. I must mention that the shuttle service is exceptional! I have no complaints about this establishment at all. View all feedback.
Firstly, there's a sewage leak next to the cave rooms, creating a horrible smell and posing a potential construction hazard as it's eroding the ground near a cliff. All they did was put down a few cones – that's it. Secondly, the room was filthy, with a lot of mold in the shower that left my wife and me with sore throats, and the floor was dusty. To make things worse, the toilet seat didn’t even have a cover. Thirdly, there was no free coffee in the room, just tea, which is absurd considering the charges at the guest house for coffee. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities: no glasses, no water, and no place to set down luggage. It felt less than a two-star interstate hotel. The cable TV was also disappointing; they replaced what used to be good Direct TV service with a terrible Roku live streaming option that offered no movie channels and mediocre entertainment. Another point of frustration is that room service is no longer available. During our first visit, we could order food, but now the only option is takeout from the guest house restaurant, which is outrageously overpriced and requires a 10-15 minute walk to pick up. Furthermore, the behavior of some guests was appalling, and the hotel staff did nothing to enforce any etiquette. There were rooms with loud music and noise until 11 PM, and drunk couples at the bar, which made it feel like a cheap hotel in Cancun. Given the night rate of $325, we felt completely scammed. You could pay much less for a similar or even better view elsewhere. The final straw was an extra “resort fee” of $25 per night – a complete joke. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and demand a refund for the resort fee, as this is a clear scam. This place is essentially a Holiday Inn with a nice view and a winery within walking distance, and I refuse to be charged a resort fee "because they have a pool and provide towels." The resort is clearly declining, and their offering is severely lacking given the prices they charge. Potential guests should be aware of just how disappointing their experience is likely to be considering the price point.
Daisy is an incredibly attentive server who provided excellent service. She took extra time to ensure that our experience was nothing short of five stars—and it truly was! Thank you for a fantastic dinner. If you have the chance, ask for Daisy; you won't be disappointed with the amazing service she delivers!

We were here for the first time for a music festival and we will never camp again and will always go to Sagcliff! that was worth it. the house and the pool were amazing, but christie did it really special! she was on every detail and so sweet while she did.
We had a nice experience with our stay. this is a special place to spend time with a beloved or a group of friends and enjoy the environment and the weingut. even better, share their stay with a concert and their special farm to table meals. we had a particularly sharp server called daisy, who took the time, some details about a reaction we had regarding a court and with further investigations on her part we showed a care that they immediately made right by not finding out the very nurturing manager, derek. eric also helped us at the breakfast and I could not find out the young woman and the names of the herr in the recipe and so they were so helpful. they will enjoy their stay immensely. I think ours were even better because my friend is a member, so look at these fools! this is a team that attentively and cares, so constructive criticism is welcome and please generous with their praise with a positive review. I am sure these reviews are helpful and the hospitality industry is filled with hard workers who are earned, cheated and appreciated.
