Peking Kitchen - Quincy
Peking Kitchen
Description
A neighborhood Chinese takeout staple in Quincy, celebrated for standout crab rangoon, house special fried rice and generous portions. Loyal patrons praise its affordability, huge appetizers and convenient online ordering, pickup and app delivery. Yet experiences vary: service can range from friendly to rude, orders sometimes arrive incorrect, and occasional quality issues—dry entrees, reheated textures and isolated contamination—have disappointed diners. Consistency and improved customer service are the clearest opportunities to match the restaurant’s devoted following with reliable execution.

Feedback
The food lacked flavor, and the tofu was sour. The staff member was quite rude. I will not be returning.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was satisfactory, but I have no complaints overall.
The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly, resulting in a very disappointing customer experience. I would never recommend this place. Everyone, from the woman at the front desk to the delivery driver, came off as impolite and entitled. They really need to improve their customer service if they hope to succeed.
