What Trinity T doesn't like about Gong Cha:
My experience at this location is usually pretty good. But this time I’m livid, I just walked out and I’m vexed at the lack of customer service I received. Gong Cha is definitely one of the most well-known boba chains out there. I visited this location during the BOGO promotion over the summer and found the quality to be consistent with that of other Gong Chas that I have gone to.
