Dunkin' - Quincy

I'm just outside and her lobby is closed (idk, why they didn't tell me and the running gear thru girl looks like my service doesn't play a roll) I just want a bagel and cream cheese, but their workers don't serve me, I guess we can't go through that. I never spend my money in this dunkin' ever living in mine, because I feel as being rude to serve no one who obviously wants to be served.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They failed 4 of the 6 visits I had there. The first time it had no sugar only cream when I wanted 5 cream 5 sugar. The second time it was not hot it was cool at best and tasted horrible. The third time they forgot about the sugar again I couldn't believe it. And the fourth time it only warm with no sugar I'm glad I don't have to go there when I'm at home. The drive thru took forever I sat for one hour one of the times. I two words RIDICULOUS SERVICE.

Not too happy with the workers/manager that were present at 5:55pm and told us they were closed and didn’t even ask what we were interested in. Hours posted were open until 6:00pm. Sure would of liked to buy a package or two of ice cream. Manager or owner needs to see money walking away with time left on the clockShame no dedication or loyalty to further the success of the businessMay not be back for a long time sure is a shame as they have good drinks and ice cream!

The product of this place (it is a Baskin-Robbins dunkin combo) is quite good. if they have it. a choice quite small. the workers did not know the different types of cones and had to be told. 1 cone was infinitely simple, laughing. the sitting corner is very nice.

Caitlin V. manager or assistant manager horrible personality. Will not be buying coffee anymore from there as long as she manages things.
