Their customer service was spectacular! Today when I was ordering my iced coffee, I dropped two of them on the way out. They splatted right on the sidewalk! I rushed in to tell one of the employees what happened, and asked for a new lid and coffee. They served up a new cup in seconds and I showed them my credit card. Great customer service. Clean store and can sit down as well. Friendly staff and in and out the door no long wait
Their customer service was spectacular! Today when I was ordering my iced coffee, I dropped two of them on the way out. They splatted right on the sidewalk! I rushed in to tell one of the employees what happened, and asked for a new lid and coffee. They served up a new cup in seconds and I showed them my credit card. They insisted that since I dropped my coffee, I wouldn’t have to pay for the replacement. I was overcome with gratitude. The employees deserve a raise!
