Coco Fresh Tea Juice - Quincy

The staff at this restaurant could use more training. There was nobody at the counter when I arrived to pick up my online order. Despite saying thank you to the employees, no one responded or even acknowledged the customers. Overall, the customer service was very poor.

The items I ordered were sold out. The tea was extremely sweet and the boba was very hard.

This place has some of the best milk tea and fruit tea in the Quincy area.

Coco is probably a real place, but in order it is not cut on my list, especially when it comes to the already overcrowded tea shop area of quincy. today my first visit was, and when entering the shop the employee did not welcome me, not even an eye contact. she was too busy to browse through instagram in a boring spiritual haze. I was the only person there. somehow she heard my shoes sniffing around on the floor and she looked up and greeted me halfheartedly and asked the usual question what I would like to order. Anyway, I ordered the well-worn berry-loving drink. looks good after the picture, but in reality was a strawberry jam, a blueberry or two, and a piece orange tipped into the cup. no lie, took about 15 seconds until the drink came to me after the order. What is going on, because fresh drinks don't get out so quickly. at the end the drink was excessively sweet thanks to the smuckers style earthberry jam. this was at the same level as chatime quality if I would compare. save her money and taste buds, go to the cafe momo or china beauty tea for much better drinks.

My first time trying Coco. Their line was long on grand opening day so I stopped by another day instead. There are lots of fun drinks and they have a promotion with 99 ranch market at the moment. The cashier was very polite and the place is very clean. I got the berry sparkle and the cranberry puree was so good. Decent price and lots of parking here.
