Burger King - Quincy

The drive-thru handed us a soda that was completely soaked on the outside. When we mentioned this, the staff member rudely suggested we wipe it off ourselves. To make matters worse, it took an incredibly long time for us to receive our food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on her part!

The service was terrible, the French fries were so bad and the hamburger was so terrible, they have never been soggy

Most getto BK ever fries too salty and soggy to eat chicken burnt so badly it's life matters now toppings missing on my burger and out of ice , the best part of the visit was leaving and going somewhere else for lunch.

The girl that works in the morning is very rude!!! Gave me attitude from the speaker to the window. Threw my debit card in the bag. Asked if I wanted cream or sugar after I already told her at the speaker so I told her again and she was mimicking me with attitude right in front of me. I get it everybody has a bad day but you don’t have to put it all off and someone else she had no reason to give me such a poor attitude. She is the reason I will never come here again.

Waited for almost 20 minutes just for chicken nuggets. The girls working the register were some of the rudest people I've ever delt with. When I first walked in I stood at the register for a few minutes while 3 people stood in the kitchen talking and when I asked for help they all rolled their eyes at me then continued to talk. Worst experience I've ever had with a fast food place
