However, the last time I was there, the waitress who was always on the move and getting things done was no longer there. Seems she had been let go. Not sure why, but I do know it wasn't because she didn't work! BRING HER BACK and I know business would pick up by SEVERAL because I can't be the only one who noticed this. Would make it five stars if she was still there.

The chips tasted stale and seemed to have been... read more I had a genuinely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Lip Nachos, and they were terrible. The chips tasted stale and seemed to have been warmed up in an attempt to make them fresher. The Chicken Lips were very dry, as were the rest of the nachos. There was only a tiny bit of cheese, and the drizzle of ranch dressing couldn't salvage the dish. Did I mention it was served to me at room temperature instead of warm? Another member of my group received a Chicken Lip that was as hard as a rock, almost like petrified wood. I'm really not impressed.
