The restoration, the principle is respect for the client. The food truck principle is speed and hygiene. When we queue 25 minutes with a crying baby and we see that Leroy merlin's employees come after us are served before us (when we ordered the same thing) we're not super happy. When you gently point out that for the only answer you have the right to a murderous look, you begin to have hatred.
