I've been in this hotel more than once. It seems to me a comfortable and safe space to be. It is in a privileged place and the attention to the passengers is very kind. It has wifi, Internet, breakfast included and space is wide. There are different places to rest and kitchen where to order to eat if needed. I'd always come back to this place. The people helped us get a taxi in the morning , helped with directions, etc. They printed our bus tickets, we just loved this place so close to San Francisco cathedral the cab fare from the airport was $1.
