With most places in Quillan closed on a Tuesday night we visited L'entracte. The five of us enjoyed freshly made pizzas with very friendly service from the owners who made us very welcome. The pizza bases were delicious!!! We all left very well fed and with a very reasonable bill. Would recommend!!! View all feedback.

Located beyond the end of market in Quillan, this restauarant promises much. Food is OK, not outstanding value, though. Service can vary our last visit was almost frustrating for getting good service. But give it a try View all feedback.
Excellent reception despite a complete hotel this noon. Very good service, extremely fast. Pizzas were good and very good. Thank you, we'll come back if one day we'll be back in the corner!
Frankly, it was great that we were eating too much greed because everything was delicious. A very good welcome. Anyway, nothing to say except you'll never regret it.
