I asked politely for a replacement, but the staff seemed to respond with a negative attitude afterwards. Service overall was inattentive—no one checked in, and when I got up to leave, there was no acknowledgment, goodbye, or thanks. It felt quite unwelcoming.

A selection of coffee and hot drinks are available too.
