Was Wilhelm Feeney at Marina Grill a mag?
Loved their food especially Alligue Fried Fish, grilled Blue marlin, tuna belly sinigang and of course their special Halo halo.
Customer service is totally outstanding from the chef to the cashier to the servers and managers. View all feedback.
What Wilhelm Turner dislikes about Marina Grill:
Food was ok. Nothing much to write about actually. Chicken inasal was a bit tough and too dry. But the authenticity of their Sinamak vinegar somehow makes the chicken more palatable for me. Molo soup is good for sharing so do not make the mistake of ordering two because a huge bowl is enough for two to three persons. The restaurant's Aircon is only turned on once a customer gets inside. Molo soup is good for sharing so do not make the mistake of ordering two because a huge bowl is enough for two to three persons. The restaurant's Aircon is only turned on once a customer gets inside. So you somehow get that "kulob" smell. It takes sometime before the Aircon works. Price is quite reasonable. But I'd opt for JT's Manukan or Chicken Bacolod Inasal rather than dine here again. angtakawko.blogspot.com
February 16, 2017 || #1063 || Unbelievably affordable! I know it's not the most glamorous of places to receive such a high mark, but it does so much for the affordable diner. Seriously, a decent breakfast under 100 pesos! The Breakfast Tapa (99 PHP) Thick chunks of beef, not strip, chunks of tender beefy pieces with a side of fired egg, blue rice, and a choice of iced tea or coffee. Halo Halo (49 PHP) cheap halo halo, but you get a little more for you pay for, it's actually decent, though really limited in portion for each ingredient, but really, can you complain with their asking price? Think of it as a sampler. Bibingka (99 PHP) It's a hefty snack that's moist with a classic appeal and guess what? You get 2 pieces! What a value! Unlimited Pork Lechon or Roast Chicken (149 PHP) 11am to 4pm daily (Until Feb 28) They also offer it a la carte for 99 pesos, but if you plan on ordering an extra cup of rice (30 PHP) then might as well add 50 pesos for unlimited everything, because most likely you're hungry. Crispy Pork skin and decent ratio of fat and lean meat. Roast Chicken was just decent, slight dryer, but still a solid choice. The place is by no means fancy, but their decor brings it together well. Fitted with pieces from the Negros island this open air restaurant gives a provincial dining experience in ambiance and thankfully price. eater.ph

Marina Grill, or simply, MG, a new casual dining restaurant in the heart of Cubao, Quezon City had a lot to live up to considering it sprang from the well-loved Ross and Marina IloIlo Seafood Grill, their famous flagship in Manila. The team behind Marina Grill did not waste time in doing so, appealing not just to seafood lovers but also business lunch crowds flocking to the restaurant for some delicious yet affordable comfort dishes. MG has developed its own identity, focusing more on "Combo Meals" and approachable yet thoughtful breakfast plates. In my opinion, the beauty of this approach is that rather than committing to one starter and an entree, diners can nibble their way around the menu, trying everything from grilled chicken to tinapa rice meal, and roast pork belly. Their breakfast plates are priced at Php99 sided with either a cup of coffee or a glass of iced tea. You can choose from Tapa, Bacon, Tinapa, and Longganisa-stuffed Squid. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their breakfast plates but I highly recommend the Beef Tapa with Rice Meal. I don't how they make it super tasty but I promise you that each beefy bite is jam-packed with flavor. Apart from the breakfast items, Marina Grill also offers unlimited serving of either Roast Pork Belly or Roast Chicken for just Php149. Yes, no kidding. All-you-can-eat roast chicken or pork belly for the price of an ice blended coffee drink. I have tried both but the super crispy pork skin stole my heart so I am partial to the roast pork belly. No matter what you order, it will be a feast fit for a king or queen. At a time when nearly anything can be eaten at a fast food restaurant, it's hard to say just what counts as comfort food. Is it a burger? A fried chicken? A sundae? Yes to all. But when you want a filling meal, something with more sustenance, a hot, freshly-cooked breakfast while preparing for the day ahead, nothing beats Marina Grill's dishes. They don't skimp on ingredients and they give you generous portions so you will get a lot of bang for buck. As always, Marina never disappoints. When you are in Araneta, Cubao and looking for a good spot to have breakfast, lunch, or even dinner, this is the place to go. Enjoy! You will see me there and I will probably have a fork in my hand and a smile on my face. Cheers! *winks*;) instagram.com
