Being niçois I cannot let this usurpation of identity pass. A pealadière is UNIQUEMENT of OIGNON. Tomato, pepper and tuna. To the rigor of anchovies for those who love. Your pealadière should be renamed Provençale or Marseillaise or Meridionale. It won't change its qualities. But don't change the rest... you're fine.
