Such a great little spot, warm welcoming vibe. Great selection of spirits, wine and beer! The food was amazing, I had their BB Kang burger which was delicious. Think I’ll be back for another this weekend. Had a side of chunky chips with gravy cheese between 3 people good portion! Service was attentive and friendly, staff were all an asset to the place. Plenty of seats in and out. Toilets were nice and clean. View all feedback.
The service is satisfactory, and the food is quite enjoyable. The atmosphere is excellent! There’s a decent selection of beer, wine, and whiskey. We tried the Broccoli Salad (which was good) and the Ribeyes (which were very good)...
I have really mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food is truly amazing. My steak was incredibly delicious; I might even dream about it! And that brownie? Absolutely fantastic. However, the service...
This restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The low lighting and candles create a cozy ambiance. There’s a small partition separating the front area from the rest of the dining space, and we were seated in...
We had an incredible experience with the burger and ribs! It’s been tough to find good burgers in New Zealand, but this place has the best we've tried—possibly even better than Ferg Burger. We were a bit unsure about the central location, thinking the food might be subpar, but it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend dining here and enjoying some pints as well. The staff are wonderful too! Thank you!
The Ballarat Trading Co. is a beautifully decorated pub with a charming design. The layout of the space effectively separates different areas, which helps to keep background noise low and allows for easy conversations with your party. The service was prompt and efficient, even with our group of thirty. I ordered the grilled chicken breast, but unfortunately, it was tough, dry, and quite disappointing. On the other hand, the accompanying vegetables and potatoes were delicious. My wife ordered the pumpkin and spinach cannelloni, which I had the chance to taste, and it was excellent. Those who had the fish and chips, steak, and ribs all commented that their meals were very good. For dessert, I tried the Chocolate Oblivion, which was light, airy, and very tasty. My wife enjoyed the Mixed Otago Berry Sorbet immensely. Overall, I would recommend this place.
