I tried this place for my first time last week I have patiently waited for him to open back up this Tuesday I was counting the hours down today ! The food here is amazing I ordered every side today because theyre so bomb. I am slowly working on trying all the main dishes I have tried the wings which were amazing, ribs that just melt in your mouth they fall off the bone and have the perfect amount of bbq sauce, the crab cake which you could eat plain its so damn good. Im excited to try the catfish and pulled pork sandwich next. I also got the banana pudding which was so delicious. You can not go wrong here at all! I know my husband wont be happy with my purchase today but ya girl could not help herself everything on this menu is amazing. If you have not tried Spankys you truly need to because youre missing out on some real good soul food. Go ahead and place that order because I promise you will not regret it.

Excellent! Smoked Beef Brisket was moist and full of flavor. NC Pulled Pork didnt need any sauce, that flavor was fantastic. Seriosly the portions were crazy, the bun was over flowing into the entire container with meat. Every side was perfect. Cheesy Mac, savory yellow rice, green beans, and the cabbage was a huge hit with the kids. They couldnt get enough of the catfish either. Seriously dont miss out on Spankys.
