It’s great to have a vegan-friendly restaurant offering high-quality food near the airport. We checked our flight and ended up with two hours to spare, so we took a break for lunch. We tried the Tofu summer rolls, vegan pancakes, and tofu salad, all of which were fresh and beautifully presented. However, they could have benefited from a bit more flavor. Keep in mind that most vegan options include tofu, so if you're not a fan of it, this might not be the right place for you.
I've been visiting Saigon for two weeks now, and while they do offer animal products, I highly recommend their vegan section on the menu. Most dishes in this section include tofu, but there are some unique options worth trying. My personal favorites are the vegetable and tofu noodle soup (make sure not to add anything to it!), the tofu summer rolls, and the soy-glazed crispy tofu. The vegetarian pancake is tasty, but I found it a bit too oily for my liking. The staff has consistently been impressively friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy my visits there due to the overall experience.
It's great to have a vegan-friendly restaurant that offers high-quality food near the airport. We checked our flight and had about two hours to spare, so we stopped by for a cozy lunch. Contrary to what HappyCow describes, there isn't a "separate vegan menu," but there is a dedicated vegan section at the back of the regular menu (see photo), featuring nine items including appetizers, soup, a delicious tofu salad, and several main dishes. I highly recommend the soy-glazed crispy tofu and the pancakes. The service was friendly and efficient. Just a note: during our dinner, we were informed that the last orders are taken at 8:30 p.m. This review has been updated from my previous rating on February 18, 2019.

The soy-glazed crispy tofu with crispy kale and the pantry cake are both highly recommended. The service was friendly and efficient.
