Outback Steakhouse - Queensbury

I went Saturday evening with hubby our waitress was so sweet and up on things.. Food was great.. the manager came around every table and asked how our visit was and our dinner. I came back with my daughter this Sunday and had the same meal and great service ..ty outback ..

The food was amazing and the staff was exceptional... This is our date night spot and we go further back because of the great service we always have ... The design beer system was down and it was my husband's birthday, but they took every step to make his birthday amazing....

If an individual who owns and operates a facility truly values what they do, it makes all the difference. The first time I ordered food here on New Year's Eve I was frustrated because it was late, but when I called, the owner personally picked up and not only was he apologetic, but he offered me an explanation how he wanted to make sure that he only served us quality food, which I guess. A few days later, I returned a letter he wrote with a gift card. I have been back since and service is great, food is amazing, and you can always find Mike working with his staff to ensure quality service. It's a dubious place!

This was probably the healthiest thing I could find on the menu. Overall great customer service and clean environment. Honestly better than the local restaurants in town.
