What Jen Norton doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I go there just about weekly and every time I?m there it?s a mess. Management doesn?t seem to care, garbage is over full bathroom toilets are clogged. Food is always running out. There is just no room. For a big area this place is way to small notenough seating. Tables don?t even get wiped down. Soda machine out of ice or no soda. Shoutout to the staff working at the Queensbury Chipotle on Wednesday, 10/13/21. I placed a very large order online for a meeting at work after discovering the store closest to me wasn't accepting online orders. They called to let me know that they were short staffed and likely wouldn't have it ready by my requested time but were trying their best to have it ready as close as possible. When I walked into the store, I could definitely tell that everyone was working together diligently to ensure that my order and the others they had at the same time were prepared correctly. I often place orders at local restaurants for 12 people or more and more times than not, I always return to work with missing food, but not today! Thank you to everyone working there!
Try ordering online and it said cannot place online order , everything is sold out ! Yet I go in person to place my orders and see 3 young ladies chatting about life in the takeout section. Not busy at the moment. Why is Chipotle not taking our onlineorders ? While I see the girls on the food line in need of help. Not to mention the girl that warmed up my tortillas the 1stone I greeted) was not the most pleasant employee. Poor customer service. They raised their prices and at times attempt to givea small portion. Please can you have the employees up front wear a name tag. Please let the customers know why they can notorder on line saying the food is sold out!!NOT TRUE. Is it the employees avoiding doing their job.
We were there at 7:00 and there were quite a lot of customers. The service was in line with other locations. Unfortunately, the guacamole did not taste fresh and something else in the bowl also tasted strange. Had a case of diarrhea after.
UPDATE: At least they gave me a refund The store was extremely dirty and the food wasn't good. The rice was crispy and the meat tasted like he had seen better days and huge fat bells in it. My fiancée actually spit out a delicious meal in the Restraunt. We threw 90 percent of the food away and landed on the way to Mcdonald. Even the chips had a funny taste and were stale. This is unacceptable for 37 dollars for 2 Burritos shells and some chips. I don't have a problem paying for good food.... this is never again among my tops. The chat offered me a bogo coupon....I don't want a voucher that I want a refund. Also the bathroom.... the forests outside would be a better choice.
