Their bubble tea quality has gone down over the years. I ordered the brown sugar bbt with pearls and it tasted watered down. The pearls also had no flavour and were in different sizes and shape, some mushier than others. Customer service was good though, so I'll give a one star for this. View all feedback.
Not sure what happened to Tiger Sugar.. couple years ago it was really good I think it has become the worst bubble tea I ever had.. the pearls were clumpy just not good.. had to throw away!
Bubble tea was not tasty at all. Small quantity and whole lot of ice.

It's been a while since I last stepped into Tiger Sugar, so I stopped by to order their famous Brown Sugar Boba Milk.Service was quick, and the guy who took my order was friendly. However, with the quick service did I realized my drink was hastily completed.The brown sugar was only drizzled on one side and not around the entire cup. The milk and pearls were fine, but like how another reviewer put it, there was more ice than drink itself.Overall, I would say it's not the best yet also not the worst boba out there. Would like to see some improvements made with how the drinks are made.
So the tiger sugar boba is like your regular brown sugar milk tea. Something unique tiger sugar is that they have 2 sizes of boba! So the regular ones you get are called boba here and they have a smaller version called pearls make sure to specify which one you want in ur drink! This drink came with both types! I 'm not sure if u can adjust sweetness here but I found this drink good and not overly sweet! I would order this one again if I came! Their pearls were also cooked perfectly! A good chewy consistency : 4.5/5 The brown sugar black tea gets a thumbs down from me : it was not sweet at all, had no brown sugar flavour, and I could only taste the cheese mouse on the first sip. After that, it disappeared 2/5 Overall I give it a /5. Just be sure to order the right thing
