I placed my order and had to wait for more than half an hour. The service was poor—there was no welcome, no smiles, nothing. The place was dirty, and after 40 minutes, when I finally received my order, the person who handed it to me didn't even apologize for the delay or call my name. On my walk home, I realized that the container was open and leaking, which ruined my pants. I truly didn't enjoy the experience; it was awful. All I wanted was to have a meal. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to call out the lack of cleanliness and customer service at this fast food location. It’s incredibly frustrating to see how poorly maintained a food establishment can be. When I arrived to place my order, I was greeted by a staff member with a noticeably unpleasant attitude as if he were doing me a favor by taking my order. To make matters worse, he was wearing AirPods the entire time, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The condition of the dining area was even more concerning. The seats were filthy, and there didn’t appear to be any staff assigned to clean the tables. I had to clear off three trays of leftover food just to find a place to sit. Even then, I struggled to dispose of the trash because the bins were overflowing and completely unmanaged. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the waste on the side there was simply no way to throw it out properly. As for the food, it was mostly decent, and I don’t have major complaints about the taste. However, one of the wing orders I received was incredibly oily almost like a soup of wings which felt excessive and unappetizing. I’m not sure how something like that is considered acceptable for serving. Overall, this experience was disappointing. Horrible experience, try not to come in this store, they will keep you wait long long long time. Your app will say your food preparation is complete but they are not. If order multiple items, make sure you count them, they are very well known forstealing your order. Dont get fooled by their sealed pack. Thats the way they rob you.
First time I ordered food from there ,on line ,hoping I would pick up earlier .I had to wait 25 minutes more to get my cold food.Food was ready but counter persons did not bother to check it.I brought my sealed package at home and found out 12 foodswere missing.No wonder they sealed the bag very quickly .So it?s the customers job to find out missing foods.Then I tried tocall them ,never picked up the phone.Bunch of thieves running the store .My first and last visit.
They truly do have great wings, fries and their corn!! But their service is abysmal. The cashier is kind and this is not his fault but the entire front of the store are people waiting as they take forever to make food. I ordered one regular fry and Iwaited almost 40 minutes. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I had to ask where my food was and they said a few moreminutes. Many people who came and ordered after me started getting their food and I had to ask again because I was appalled.They asked what I ordered and said few more minutes. I believe they are just disorganized and served what I ordered to anothercustomer by accident. After we asked if we can just get a refund bc we had to leave they served my fries. However they forgotthe ranch. The entire kitchen is in view and this store simultaneously seems over staffed and under staffed at the same time.The workers idle around most of the time. If you want to come here I recommend ordering on their mobile app and picking it up.:
The food is good, but the inside of this place is very dirty. my partner and i have eaten inside the place once and the tables were very sticky. there were also empty wingstop bags lying around, where it looked like past people who were eating there andno one cleaned it up
I try different WingStop locations around the city, but this one is the better in the whole New York City! I pay $8.14 for all of this and a cup of soda.

No matter what seasoning you choose, they don't use it. The chicken is bland, the fries are plain. I even gave them a second chance, but it was still terrible. This place is perfect for seniors with high blood pressure.

The staff was great, the service was fast, mostly accurate. Only the thing is they didn't give me one of my sauces I had ordered, but that was fine Cus I had sauces from other wings combo. I didn't like the Hawaiian, but I liked the garlic parmesan most, lemon pepper was good, but not for me. My Bf and his family liked that mildly, they said it was just perfect spices wise. Also the voodoories were fine, very much overhyped the regular Pommes taste better, the Cajun in the voodoories was too overwhelming for me, made my nose runny and I regularly enjoy spicy food.
Eating was center, place was ghetto and her manager was very ratchet. He said the customer systems were closed for an hour. As a customer offered to order online, he began to throw a fit into the kitchen that seemed unprofessional to hear everything. 4 stars cause Hilarious tbh to play large Mexicancumbia
I just want to say I went to MANY wing stops and I'm a WING FANATIC. Like literally, I eat more chicken wings than I drink water. Staff in this place are amazing! Trenton was so patient on the phone and checked my order. The second I got there (the one minute after midnight) he was prepared and made sure I got my food. Jose (the cook) Our wings up and they are amazing! I hope they know that today I had a really terrible day and they just made them so professional and curious my day so worth it. I recommend this point x1000, good work all! Amazing!
As much as the door was not delivering my food. The General Manager KYHANNA, I'm so sorry if I spell her name incorrectly, was the best of all. She was sweet, she understood and made sure I got food! And because of her I will make sure that I and my friends always order from Astoria wingstop! She is a very wonderful person
I tried to walk in 3 different times on different days and was told there’s 40 min wait : location needs extra fryers or a better planning for walk in customers. Bummer…..
