Today I had a fresh tea was alright but I notice, isn’t veal outside of the store, if they do sweep it, it would be great if it could be done more frequently, as it’s unfortunately a breeding ground for rats and bugs. View all feedback.

I had a passionfruit green tea with tapioca and lychee jelly. It was perfect!

The portion size has decreased compared to previous visits, but the taste is passable.
Not worth the money . Choose something else

We love bubble teas here but last week and today, it taste different, pls check we taste more of milk than the flavor. We will still come back coz the owner is really nice God bless

I remember when they first opened and sold rice balls. But then they stopped. So glad they brought them back. I’ve tried other places but I think Ssips has the best rice balls. I’ve recommended their rice balls to everyone I know. Also, my son loves the bubble tea drinks from this place. He’s tried every single one and loves them all though he has his favorites. Their teriyaki chicken is also so tasty, so delicious!
